We are honored to partner up with Sanford Yoga Community Center and the Combat Sexual Assault Team to bring you an amazing event aimed to help veterans combat PTSD through healing yoga.
Join us at Tobacco Wood Brewing, a Female/Veteran-Owned Brewery on September 11th, 2022 to honor the fallen.

"There are 4.2 million Post-9/11 Veterans. More and half a million of them have been diagnosed with PTSD. On this memorial, we honor our fallen by breathing life into our living. As we process trauma through the mind, we also have to process it through the body. And yoga is a great way to start that healing journey, especially if you are unable/do not want to talk about the traumatic event. All of our yoga instructors are Veterans who used yoga to help them in their healing journey, and now they want to share their experiences with you. All proceeds from this event will go to a Veteran owned/operated non-profit, Combat Sexual Assault (CSA). CSA empowers survivors of Military Sexual Trauma (MST) by helping them find their voice and overcome barriers to obtaining justice, all while disrupting the cultural stigma surrounding the disclosures of these crimes. At this event, we will have resources there that support Veterans, as well as local Veteran Vendors selling their products. Tobacco Wood Brewing is also a Female/Veteran owned Brewery, and we are honored to partner with them for this event."
